Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipments are made from Los Angeles, CA. Most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages Spoon and Straw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at corporate@spoonandstraw.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
